Tecumseh Products announced that member David Risley has been named chairman of the board of directors, replacing Todd Herrick, effective immediately.
Officials nominated four directors, Peter Banks, Albert Koch, Kevin Sheehan, and David Risley, to stand for re-election at the shareholders meeting.

Todd Herric’s term expires April 25th, and he plans to stand for election to the board along with Raymond Gunn and Stephen Lebowski.
